Call for papers

The Department of Economics at the University of Mainz, Germany, invites papers for a one day workshop on 6 October 2014 on behavioral and emotional economics. Our keynote speaker is David K. Levine from the European University Institute in Florence.

We welcome diverse approaches, including, but not restricted to, theoretical, experimental and axiomatic. The workshop aims to further existing dialogues on how behavioral and psychological insights can be incorporated in models of decision making in economics and psychology, and how these insights may help to better understand real world economic questions as well as design more effective public policy.

The Center for Emotional Economics can cover travel and accommodation costs for all speakers.

More information and submission details will be issued soon.
